This service has now been operating for 7 months (since 2nd Dec 2007) and has proved invaluable to the community. Unfortunately this service is completely UN-funded by any level of government and our efforts to secure funding have to date been unsuccessful. Regretfully, if the service does not receive the funding it deserves from government it will cease to operate at the end of 2009. What can you do to stop this from Happening? contact Premier Anna Bligh, and/or the Minister for Transport, John Mickel, and voice your concerns in writing and hopefully they will listen to you!
