Shuttle terms and conditions​

Your ticket must be presented to the driver either by printing it and showing the driver, or displaying your ticket on an electronic device for the driver to see.

One way tickets - Valid for ONE trip from designated pick up location to any destination listed on the relevant timetable. 

​

Return tickets - Valid for ONE trip from designated pickup location to any destination listed AND ONE trip from any destination listed back to a designated pick up location or origin.

 

Family tickets - .As above for Return ticktes, a family ticket is the same however it is valid for four (4) people.

Timing and Departure - The shuttles will depart locations as per the timetable. Passengers must be ready to board the bus on time. Passengers who are not ready to board or are not at the departure points will be left behind. If you encounter a circumstance where you believe you cannot make it to the departure location on time, please phone our office and see what arrangements can be made.

Accessibility - Wheel chair accesible vehicles are available, when purchsing your ticket please ensure you note in the special requirments that your require a wheel chair accesible vehicle.

Age restrictions - Passengers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

​

Refeunds - Refunds will only be given if you contact us at least 48 hours prior to the event.
