It has been confirmed that most of the schools that our buses service are closed tomorrow, Tuesday 1st March 2022.
The only schools open that we service are:
- Ipswich Grammar School
- Ipswich Girls Grammar School
Due to these school closures, power, flood waters, drivers being unable to get to the depot and power outages at our depot we WILL NOT BE OPERATING NORMAL SCHOOL SERVICES.
WE WILL HOWEVER have 2 drivers on standby at our depot in Karalee for any IGS or IGGS students that need to bus to get to school. These buses will operate ON DEMAND.
If any IGS or IGGS students are after a bus to school from accessible suburbs please contact us, Southern Cross Transit by any of the follows options:
- Ring the depot 07 3813 8900 from 6:30am
- Ring or text Brianna on 0408 131 989 until 9pm tonight (Monday 28th) OR from 6am tomorrow (Tuesday 1st).
