As we come to the end of another year, please remember to hold onto your SmartCard for next year!
However, the following exceptions do apply:
Grade 6 in 2022 and Grade 7 in 2023?
If you are in Grade 6 this year, your card will be expired for 2023. You will need to reapply for you pass for High School as the eligibility rules change.

Finishing Grade 12 this year?
First off, Congratulations and good luck with your future endeavours.
Do as you wish with you TransportMe Card. Keep it as a keepsake!
It can be also be used as a replacement for a younger sibling if required.
Don't need bus next year and still have funds on the card?
Provide your name, request a refund, a reason and any numbers on the card.
We will then process a refund. Please note refunds can take 7 - 10 business days.
