Term 3 Bus Fare Update

Southern Cross Transit wishes to advise families that updated school bus fares will take effect from Monday 13 July 2026.

Earlier this year, we advised that a fare increase was planned to commence in Term 2. After further consideration, implementation was deferred to allow families additional time before the updated fares came into effect. Existing fares have remained unchanged, with the revised fare schedule now commencing from the start of Term 3, 2026.

The updated fares reflect the ongoing costs associated with operating safe, reliable and high-quality school bus services for our communities. We remain committed to providing dependable transport solutions for students and families across our service areas.
